Download Document Layout
The Download Document Layout form allows the user to download the Document Layout Word document to a specified folder on the user's computer.

Fields
- Save Folder
- The folder into which the file will be saved
- File Name
- File name with a Word document (.doc) extension
Action Buttons
- Downloads the selected Document Layout Word document
- Closes the form without downloading the Document Layout Word document
