Record Numbering Schemes

The Record Numbering Schemes screen displays all Record Numbering Schemes existing on the application server to which the user is connected. Select a row in the grid and the user may update or delete the selected Record Numbering Scheme. The SmartBar also provides a command to create a new Record Numbering Scheme.

Columns

Description: Name of the Record Numbering Scheme
Levels: The number of levels in the Record Numbering Scheme
Last Level Only: Checked if only the last level is displayed for the Record Numbering Scheme
