Create FERC Attachment

Description

The Create FERC Attachment command displays the Create FERC Attachment form.

Business Rules

FERC Attachments can only be created within Filings that have a Draft status. For Filings with a non-Draft status, the Create FERC Attachment command will not appear in the SmartBar.
Also, you cannot create a FERC Attachment within a read-only Tariff Database. If the Tariff Database is read-only, the Create FERC Attachment command will not appear in the SmartBar.
