Set Effective Priority
Description
The Set Effective Priority command displays the Set Effective Priority form.
Business Rules
- In order to set the Effective Priority for an FTRV, its FERC Response must be Draft. If the FTRV's FERC Response is other than Draft, the Set Effective Priority command will not appear in the SmartBar.
- In order to set the Effective Priority for an FTRV, it must have a Proposed Effective Date value. If the FTRV's Proposed Effective Date is blank, the Set Effective Priority command will not appear in the SmartBar.
- In order to set the Effective Priority for an FTRV, there must exist another FTRV under the same Tariff Record with the same Proposed Effective Date. If there is no such other FTRV, the Set Effective Priority command will not appear in the SmartBar.
- In order to set the Effective Priority for an FTRV, it cannot reside within a read-only Tariff Database. If the Tariff Database is read-only, the Set Effective Priority command will not appear in the SmartBar.
