Update FERC Attachment

Description

The Update FERC Attachment command displays the Update FERC Attachment form.

Business Rules

FERC Attachments can only be updated in Filings that have a Draft status. For Filings with a non-Draft status, the Update FERC Attachment command will not appear in the SmartBar.
Also, you cannot update a FERC Attachment within a read-only Tariff Database. If the Tariff Database is read-only, the Update FERC Attachment command will not appear in the SmartBar.
