Update Filed Tariff Record Version

Description

The Update Filed Tariff Record Version command displays the Update Filed Tariff Record Version form.

Business Rules

In order to update an FTRV, it cannot reside within a read-only Tariff Database. If the Tariff Database is read-only, the Update Filed Tariff Record Version command will not appear in the SmartBar.
In order to update an FTRV, it cannot belong to a Company with a read-only TariffShark license. If the Company's license is read-only, the Update Filed Tariff Record Version command will not appear in the SmartBar.
