Edit Content of Filing Cabinet Item
Description
The Edit Content of a Filing Cabinet Item command opens the Filing Cabinet Item in Microsoft Word for editing.
Business Rules
- The Filing Cabinet Item must have content in Word document (.DOC) format.
- You cannot edit the content of a Filing Cabinet Item within a read-only Tariff Database. If the Tariff Database is read-only, the Edit Content command will not appear in the SmartBar.
- You cannot edit the content of a Filing Cabinet Item that belongs to a Company with a read-only TariffShark license. If the Company's license is read-only, the Edit Content command will not appear in the SmartBar.
