Publish Tariff: Welcome to the Publish Tariff Wizard
Publishing a Tariff is the process by which the content of a Tariff's Tariff Records at a point in time are combined into a single document. FTRVs with a FERC Response of "Effective" or "Retired" are considered for publishing, with an option to include selected "Pending" and "Suspended" FTRVs as well. Publishing requires that you provide a date. TariffShark then determines the Tariff Record Versions that are in effect on that date.
Not all Tariff Record Versions are eligible for publishing...
- Section-based TRVs can be published if they are assigned Marked and Clean Document Layouts.
- Sheet-based TRVs can be published if they are assigned Marked and Clean Document Layouts.
- Whole Document TRVs can be published only if "clean" tariff content is being published in PDF format and the Company has a Premier or Plus license.
The Publish Tariff wizard walks users through the steps necessary to publish a Tariff.
