SmartBar: Update Filed Tariff Record Version

DESCRIPTION

The Update Filed Tariff Record Version command displays the Update Filed Tariff Record Version form.

BUSINESS RULES

• In order to update an FTRV, it cannot reside within a read-only Tariff Database. If the Tariff Database is read-only, the Update Filed Tariff Record Version command will not appear in the SmartBar.
• In order to update an FTRV, it cannot belong to a Company that has a read-only TariffShark license. If the Company's license is read-only, the Update Filed Tariff Record Version command will not appear in the SmartBar.
