SmartBar: Create XML

DESCRIPTION

The Create XML command displays the Create XML wizard.

BUSINESS RULES

• In order to create a Filing's XML, it cannot reside within a read-only Tariff Database. If the Tariff Database is read-only, the Create XML command will not appear in the SmartBar.
• You cannot create the XML for a Filing that belongs to a Company that has a read-only TariffShark license. If the Company's license is read-only, the Create XML command will not appear in the SmartBar.
