Download Filing: TRV Download Options
The Download Filing wizard's TRV Download Options form allows you to specify the Filing's TRVs' content type, file format, and other options for the download.

Fields

| File Format | The type of document to be downloaded: Adobe PDF, Microsoft Word, Rich Text Format (RTF), or Plain Text. |

| Include TariffShark-style headers/footers where applicable | Only enabled for clean or marked Adobe PDF; clean or marked Word; or clean or marked RTF formatted content. |
| Download clean content in PDF format where Word or RTF document is unavailable | Only enabled for clean Word and clean RTF formatted content. |

Tariff Databases Migrated from TFMS
Tariff Record Versions migrated from TFMS have sheets that are populated in a special way.
- They have plain text content.
- They have clean PDF content.
- They MAY have marked PDF content.
- They NEVER have marked Word (DOC) content.
- They NEVER have clean RTF content.
Therefore, the Download Filing form behaves differently when operating on a Tariff Record Version in a migrated TFMS Tariff Database.
- When Content Type "Clean" is selected, the only options for File Format is "Adobe PDF" and "Plain Text".
- When Content Type "Marked" is selected, the only option for File Format is "Adobe PDF".
- Include TariffShark-style headers/footers is unchecked and disabled.
- Substitute Document Layouts are unavailable.
