Publish Tariff: Welcome to the Publish Tariff Wizard

Publishing a Tariff is the process by which the content of a Tariff's Tariff Records at a point in time are combined into a single document. Only FTRVs with a FERC Response of "Effective" are considered for publishing. Publishing requires that you provide a date. TariffShark then determines all of the Tariff Record Versions that are in effect on that date.

Only Tariff Records with a Record Format of "Section" or "Sheet" are published. "Whole Document" Tariff Records are EXCLUDED from publishing.
