Publish Filing: Welcome to the Publish Filing Wizard
The Publish Filing wizard is used to generate a Word or PDF document that combines either the clean or marked content of the Tariff Record Versions in a Filing. The generated document is then downloaded and saved to the user's computer.
Not all Tariff Record Versions are eligible for publishing...
- Section-based TRVs can be published if they are assigned Marked and Clean Document Layouts.
- Sheet-based TRVs can be published if they are assigned Marked and Clean Document Layouts.
- Whole Document TRVs can be published only if "clean" tariff content is being published in PDF format and the Company has a Premier or Plus license.
The Publish Filing wizard walks users through the steps necessary to publish a Filing.
