SmartBar: Remove from Filing (Filed Tariff Record Version)
DESCRIPTION
The Remove from Filing command displays the Remove Tariff Record Version from Filing form.
BUSINESS RULES
- In order to remove an FTRV from a Filing, its FERC Response must be Draft. If the FTRV's FERC Response is other than Draft, the Remove from Filing command will not appear in the SmartBar.
- If another FTRV is associated with the FTRV you wish to remove, the Remove from Filing command will not appear in the SmartBar.
- In order to remove an FTRV from a Filing, it cannot reside within a read-only Tariff Database. If the Tariff Database is read-only, the Remove from Filing command will not appear in the SmartBar.
- In order to remove an FTRV from a Filing, it cannot belong to a Company that has a read-only TariffShark license. If the Company's license is read-only, the Remove from Filing command will not appear in the SmartBar.
