DESCRIPTION
The Add Tariff Record Versions command provides the Add Tariff Record Versions form that allows you to add multiple Tariff Record Versions to a Filing at the same time.

BUSINESS RULES
- In order to add Tariff Record Versions to a Filing, its status must be Draft. If the Filing's status is other than Draft, the Add Tariff Record Versions command will not appear in the SmartBar.
- In order to add Tariff Record Versions to a Filing, it must be a Filing Type Category of Normal, New, Refiled, Compliance, Amendment, or Motion. If the Filing is any of other type, the Add Tariff Record Versions command will not appear in the SmartBar.
- In order to add Tariff Record Versions to a Filing, it cannot reside within a read-only Tariff Database. If the Tariff Database is read-only, the Add Tariff Record Versions command will not appear in the SmartBar.
- In order to add Tariff Record Versions to a Filing, it cannot belong to a Company with a read-only TariffShark license. If the Company's license is read-only, the Add Tariff Record Versions command will not appear in the SmartBar.
