SmartBar: Edit Content
DESCRIPTION
For sheet-based and section-based Tariff Records, the Edit Content command opens the Tariff Record Version's content in Microsoft Word for editing purposes. For whole document Tariff Records, the Edit Content command opens the Edit Content form.
BUSINESS RULES
- In order to edit the content of a Tariff Record Version (TRV), the TRV must not exist in any Filings or, if it does, its FERC Response in those Filings must be Draft. If these conditions are not met, the Edit Content command will not appear in the SmartBar.
- You cannot edit the content of a TRV that resides within a read-only Tariff Database. If the Tariff Database is read-only, the Edit Content command will not appear in the SmartBar.
- You cannot edit the content of a TRV that belongs to a Company with a read-only TariffShark license. If the Company's license is read-only, the Edit Content command will not appear in the SmartBar.
