Record FERC Order
    The Record FERC Order form is used to record the FERC Effective Date and Response for the Filed Tariff Record Versions in a Filing.

Fields
- Filing
 - The Title (or name) of the Filing
 - Filing Type
 - Type of Filing to be sent to FERC
 - Status
 - Status of the Filing: Draft, Filed, or Complete
 - Tariff Title
 - The name of the Tariff within which the Tariff Record Version resides
 - Record Number
 - Record Number of the Tariff Record
 - Proposed Date
 - Proposed Effective of the Filed Tariff Record Version
 - ->
 - Click the "Copy ->" button to copy the Proposed Effective Date to the FERC Effective Date
 - FERC Effective Date

 - Effective date approved by FERC
 - X
 - Click the "X" button to clear the FERC Effective Date.
 - Version
 - Version number of the Tariff Record Version
 - Description
 - Description of the Tariff Record Version
 - Title
 - Title of the Tariff Record Version
 - Option
 - Option letter of the Tariff Record Version. Refer to the FERC SOC Implementation Guide for complete details about options.
 - Change Type
 - The type of change that was requested for the Tariff Record Version within the Filing: New, Change, Pro Forma, Withdraw, or Cancel.
 - Response

 - FERC's response to the filing of the Tariff Record Version: Approved, Approved Subject to Conditions, Effective, Pending, Rejected, Suspended, Draft, Overtaken by Events, Pro Forma Ordered, Withdrawn, or Retired.
 
Action Buttons

- Records the update to each Filed Tariff Record Version's FERC Effective Date and/or Response
 
- Closes the form without updating any Filed Tariff Record Versions
