Footer Template
A Footer Template is a Word document that is assigned to a Document Layout.
When a Footer Template is assigned to a Document Layout, it appears in the following places:
- Marked content when being edited in Microsoft Word
- PDF version of marked content
- PDF version of clean content
- Published Word document (whether publishing a Filing or a Tariff)
- Published PDF file (whether publishing a Filing or a Tariff)
The Footer Template must adhere to the following rules:
- The Word document must be a .doc extension.
- The body of the document must be empty: it cannot contain content.
- The Footer must contain one textbox.
- Within the textbox you can use special symbols that TariffShark replaces with the value stored in the actual data field.
- The Word document may not have "Different First Page" or "Different Odd and Even Pages" options selected in Page Setup.
